Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Veloura. We want you to be satisfied with your beauty tools purchase.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, clean, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. For hygiene reasons, beauty tools that have been used on the eyes or face cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at HJY01@proton.me with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement, refund, or another reasonable solution.

Non-returnable Items
Used beauty tools, items without original packaging, final sale items, gift cards, and products damaged by misuse are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

How to Start a Return
Email us at HJY01@proton.me with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Please do not send any item back before receiving return instructions from us.
